ACP and CCP members: Please note that we have updated the database and renewal form to accurately reflect the skills that changed last year on the Skills Reporting form (ex: Chest Decompression is now called Needle Decompression). You may need to re-enter skills that you entered last year. If you are re-entering skills that you’ve previously submitted, you do not need to re-upload the Skills Reporting form. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
